Business Analyst

National Capital Reg Responsibilities:

Day to day contact for all project issues - the first level of support for all system inquiries
-
Monitor the functionality of project system to ensure that it is performing at optimal levels to meet user needs
-
Discuss tickets prioritization with market and provide status of each ticket
-
Report issues to Project manager and discuss all requirements based on discussion with each market
-
Obtain sign-off from local Client
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 1 year experience as a business analyst is required
-
Strong analytical skills in order to support the markets and provide accurate and business wise decisions and recommendations
-
Able to manage clients’ expectations without over committing
-
Proactive in providing recommendations or initiatives to further improve system processes and market operations
-
Broad knowledge on cause and effects of reported issues and resolutions
-
Fast but efficient thinker

Excellent support and commitment to Service Level Agreement

Provide sound solutions and recommendations
-
Clear project / ticket instructions and detailed requirements for the developer

Establish trust and strong relationship with the client
