Project Officer Lanao del Sur (Armm), Tawi-tawi (Armm) Responsibilities:
Position Purpose:
Primarily responsible for effective institutionalization of the Essential Health Care Program (EHCP) and other future Fit for School spearheaded programs in the assigned area
Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively plans, develops and implements strategies for Fit for School programs and development in the region that are congruent with the organization’s vision and mission

Operational Support

Assist the Program Coordinator in the planning of activities related to advocacy, implementation and sustainability of the program
-
Facilitate the setting–up of meetings, consultations, briefings, program orientations and awareness activities
-
Coordinate with partners/stakeholders, local government units, PTA, donors, civic organizations, civil society, etc. for their cooperation and involvement in the construction of school facilities

Assist the Program Coordinator in preparing proposals, budget plans, contracts, monitoring and evaluation tools, etc.

Prepare periodic reports, maintain data files, photos, news clips and other documentation by preparing tables, forms and matrix

Periodic visits to the schools in the divisions to monitor progress of implementation and to identify issues and concerns in the field

Liaise with the LGUs for the sustainability of the project

Attend meetings, seminars, conferences, congresses and official events at the local and national level to foster and establish linkages

Assumes responsibility for addressing the training needs of the Technical Working Group

Organize the conduct of workshops, trainings, capacity building activities to include logistics arrangements to ensure smooth implementation of the program

Conducts capacity building seminars, training of trainers and program re-orientation seminars

Coordinates the results of the capacity building and training of trainers post-test with the Program Coordinator for discussion to further strengthen the current TWG
Requirements:
Key Qualifications:

College Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in any course
-
At least two (2) years related experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Good persuasive skills
-
Proficiency in common office software applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

Team player
-
Must be a resident of or had previous work experience in the work location
-
Willing to travel within the area of FIT's Operations, and report to FIT’s Makati or CDO office when needed
