Officership Training Program (OTP)
You will develop understanding of the Bank's operations, products, services and the strategies that support them through a comprehensive 6-month classroom and on-the-job training in the Bank's specific businesses. The program is designed to enhance your overall leadership and business management skills in preparation for a rewarding career as a BPI Officer.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in NCR,Luzon,Visayas,Mindanao.
