SALES AND ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE
National Capital Reg - Quezon City

Responsibilities:

Taking and processing incoming orders received by e-mail and telephone
Educating customers on the benefits of natural and organic products and make-up
Updating dealers on new products and services
Promoting our advocacies of pro-Philippines, pro-poor and pro-environment
Entertaining walk-in customers for orders and dealer recruitment
Encoding, filing and safekeeping of dealer documents

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field
Required skill(s): experience in customer service work, call center work or general sales work
Interested in natural and organic personal care/beauty products
Highly responsive to customer needs, efficient and dependable
Computer proficient in MS Excel, MS WORD and OUTLOOK and other software with good typing skills
Experience of a computerized sales program will be a distinct advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required languages: Filipino and English (must be fluent)
Must love the Philippines!
Preferably 2-4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in Sales/Telesales
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
