JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of Branch Operations, ensures that all franchised branches properly maintain accounts and financial reports comply with the generally accepted accounting principles. He/she shall likewise be responsible in managing the consolidated database of the branches for planning purposes and administration of marketing and sales programs.

I. Branch Accounting and Audit

Oversee franchised branches to ensure completeness and compliance with generally accepted accounting principlesof all financial reports and data.
Provide assistance to franchised branches in the proper maintenance of accounts including encoding of all relevant transactions in SAP, preparation of journal entries, updating records of fixed assets, account analysis and reconciliation, and closing of books.
Monitor and ensure that franchised branches followthe financial and administrative policies, controls, guidelines and procedures of head office as well as comply with the key performance indicators (KPIs) through regular conduct of branch visits.
Provide assistance in evaluating and documenting financial and internal control policies of franchised branches to ensure that proper controls are in place, operating mechanisms and internal policies are adequate.
Provide support in developing and improving branch systems and procedures to further raise the branches to world-class standards of excellence.

II. Marketing and Sales Operations

Handle the generation and preparation of data and reports for the strategic planning process of the company as well as for the administration of marketing and sales programs.
Manage the consolidated financial, sales and marketing database of all branches in close coordination with the IT Department.
Develop accounting and finance training modules for branches as well as dealers.
Provide assistance to existing and launch of new branches by providing training on accounting and finance.
Assist in evaluating financial documents submitted by franchise applicants.
