BRANCH OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
National Capital Reg - Quezon City

Responsibilities:

I. Branch Operations
  1. Provide support in monitoring compliance of franchised branches on the financial and administrative policies, controls, guidelines and procedures of Head Office
  2. Assist in monitoring compliance of franchised branches with the key performance indicators (KPIs) by checking the completeness and accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports needed to comply with the KPI parameters
  3. Closely coordinates with the branches to ensure timely responses and submission of requirements cascaded by the Head Office
  4. Prepare communication to branches on systems and procedures ensures and monitors smooth implementation and execution of data uploading for Logistics and Sales
  5. Provide onsite and/or remote operational support to franchised branches like Teamviewer, Skype and other online chat systems
 II. Sales Operations
  1. Process and consolidate data and reports from the branches for the administration of sales programs and marketing promotions
  2. Prepare SAP and Peachtree generated documents and other Sales and Marketing database in close coordination with the IT Department
  3. Coordinate with other departments for updates and interacts with them to keep abreast with current information
  4. Assist in Branch and Head Office Activities and Events such as Magalogue Turnovers, Farm / GK Village visits, Annual Summit, Branch Operators Planning Meeting  and other company sponsored engagements
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting/Management/ Auditing / Banking and Finance
  • 1 -2  years work experience in Branch Operations. (Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are also welcome to apply)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • World-class customer service orientation
  • Must be detailed-oriented, efficient and dependable, can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience in the use of computer-based accounting software like SAP and Peachtree is an advantage.
  • Must have love for the Philippines!
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
