Our Australian Client also has extensive experience in this type of operation and will be providing ongoing training and support throughout the campaign. Client is looking for quality long term staff that will add growth to his business model.
 
Operations are standard day shift suitable for Australia and currently is with out weekend work. Great opportunity for all potential staff that also want to enjoy their family life.
 

Call Center Agent (Outbound B2B/ B2C Australian Campaign)
PHP 12000 - 20000 +Incentives
(National Capital Reg - Unit 1416, AIC Burgundy Empire Tower, ADB Ave, Ortigas, (Directly Across from Robinson Galleria))

Responsibilities:

Candidates with previous experience in Australian Telecommunications, Mortgage Industry & Timeshare industries are encouraged to apply
 

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate their excellent command of the English language and will be quick learners. You will possess and outgoing and authoritive personality with the ability to create rapport with each and every client you speak to. Above all else, your punctuality and your dedication to your team is paramount.

  • The Client has insisted on providing a generous uncapped bonus structure in order to establish and maintain an enthusiastic team. Base salary starts at PHP 15000 ~ 20000 , but Successful Applicants should easily be able to more than double their salary with the bonus structure, once the low KPIs are met.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:
     
    Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate their excellent command of the English language and will be quick learners.
    The primarily role for this position is to contact B2B with various products and services. The initial campaign will be focused on the Australian ~ hence the need for good English and communication skills.
     
    Duties will consist of:
     
    • Calling Business owners to offer various product and Services.
    • Learning pre-approved scripts and product training to obtain immediate Business interest
    • Once KPI's are met, very attractive bonuses are offered on top of your base Salary
    • Working in Central Ortigas (Pasig) location.
    • Work from 7am to 4pm
    • Full support and training will be given to all successful applicants, throughout the campaign.
