Outbound Sales Team Leaders for Makati to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • The Team Leader is responsible for the coaching and development of a team of call center agents. The Team Leader will monitor the performance of their team and work on strategies to further improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Must have finished a Bachelor's degree of any course
  • 2 years or more Supervisory experience in an Outbound B2B Sales account
  • 3-5 years call center experience preferably in a sales program
  • Excellent English conversational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Strong leadership capability and demonstrable prior results with a people focus
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing escalated issues
  • Intermediate or above skills with MS Office
  • Rostering and staffing experience
  • Customer service experience in a service driven environment
  • Analytical ability to decipher statistical performance reports
  • Strong multi-tasking and delegation skills
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • High level organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a positive manner
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
