CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
(National Capital Reg - Makati)
Responsibilities: The position reports to the Head, Marketing Services and is responsible in ensuring that the Customer Care Center is operating efficiently, administering Customer Helpdesk, developing new Customer Care Service Programs, implementing corporate events, conferences and training modules, and providing support in monitoring customer loyalty programs.
Requirements:
The position requires a college graduate, preferably Business or Communication Arts, with at least 5 years work experience handling customers and 3 years minimum practice at supervisory level. Desired candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
Area of Assignment : Makati, Head Office
