Payroll Analyst - Cubao
(National Capital Reg - Cubao Quezon City)

  • Calculates and posts employee incentives, sales commissions, and management bonus payments.
  • Calculates and posts all deductions or other withholdings.
  • May counsel with management and employees on special payroll problems.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of payroll files and records.
  • Calculates and posts employee earnings including overtime, shift differentials, and hourly production incentives.
  • Calculates and posts all required and voluntary pay deductions for taxes and benefits.
  • Processes individual salary/rate adjustments, changes affecting employee payroll status including new hires, transfers, terminations, paid and/or unpaid leaves of absence and related actions.
  • Maintains required payroll files and records.
  • Complies with company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
  • Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy.
  • Directs completion and preparation of other payroll data such as vacation, insurance, and sick leave. Reviews and approves payroll deductions.
  • Print reports to be used in the balancing of payroll.
  • Distribution of outbound payroll checks.
  • Data entry as required.
  • Assists in the formulation of company policy as it concerns employee compensation and subsequently directs the execution of company policy with regards to payroll and the payroll system.
  • Directs the preparation of employee annual W-2’s and other year end reports.
  • Provides leadership to subordinate payroll employees.
  • Assists in other payroll duties as requested.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • With at least 6 months experience in Payroll preparation for manual and system.
  • Should be proficient in MS Office
  • Must be patient, honest, trustworthy, and approachable.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.
