- Works with Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, benefit vendors and other human resources representatives on the effective administration of company benefit plans. Manages workers compensation, leave availments, as well as eligibility issues for a wide variety of benefit programs. Coordinates reporting requirements and invoice processing with Finance. Serves as contact for site and/or employee questions related to benefits plan administered.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- In-depth knowledge on Compensation and Benefits Administration is a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Great organizational skills.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
