Compensation and Benefits Specialist - Cubao
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, benefit vendors and other human resources representatives on the effective administration of company benefit plans. Manages workers compensation, leave availments, as well as eligibility issues for a wide variety of benefit programs. Coordinates reporting requirements and invoice processing with Finance. Serves as contact for site and/or employee questions related to benefits plan administered.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • In-depth knowledge on Compensation and Benefits Administration is a must.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
