Customer Service Manager
(National Capital Reg - Marikina City)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure competence and continuity of qualified front line SE’s through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
  • Monitor employee’s performance and service to customers.
  • Provides guidance and/or help to customer service representatives in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems.
  • Communicate sales and marketing programs to staff.
  • Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherences, etc.
  • Ensure achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service goals with standards.
  • Manages the overall operations of a business function and takes ownership for the results.
  • Ensure high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
  • Makes decisions based on company values/vision, interdepartmental needs, and on how it will effect the larger organization.
  • Identifies and defines improvements for processes/ procedures, and facilitates their solution and implementation.
  • Responsible for mentoring and developing others.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing project/action plans.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
