Business Process Associate
(National Capital Reg - Makati City) Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies to follow-up on the healthcare insurance claims status.
- Document and process healthcare insurance claims.
- Identify the outstanding claims with insurance companies.
Requirements:
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants without Call Center or BPO experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Average typing skills (25 words per minute).
- Can work under pressure.
- Can work from Monday to Friday on a fixed night shift schedule (8:30pm to 5:30am / 9pm to 6am / 9:30pm to 6:30am).
We entertain walk-in applicants from Monday to Friday, except holidays, 10am to 4pm.
