HR Analyst - Cubao (Shifting)
(National Capital Reg)

  • Conduct internal HR audit on the 5 Step Recruitment process.
  • Assess and measure effectiveness of 5 Step Recruitment Process against identified Recruitment targets/KPIs.
  • Conduct regular meeting with Recruitment manager/personnel to discuss work plans, developments and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve Recruitment process gaps using the PDCA process.
  • Assist in the implementation and cascading of all policies and programs in partnership with Recruitment team.
  • Conduct gap analysis on current all processes for Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits units.
  • Assess and measure effectiveness of ER and C&B Processes against identified targets/KPIs.
  • Conduct regular meeting with ER and C&B manager/personnel to discuss work plans, developments and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve ER and C&B process gaps using the PDCA process.
  • Assist in the implementation and cascading of all policies and programs in partnership with ER and C&B team.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should have extensive HR background (minimum of 3 years either in Recruitment and/or other HR units e.g. CompBen or ER)
  • Strong background in policy formulation
  • Established HR networking skills
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule.
