As part of our expansion, our IMS Certified Plants in Laguna Technopark are in need of highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Time Study, Capacity Computation, Balancing, Layout for spindle Motor Production.
• Leads Productivity Improvement Activities for Motor Assembly and Sub-Assembly Implementation.
• Reports directly to IE Supervisor.
• Compute manpower for each line set up.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
