HTMT Global Solutions Manila was envisioned in mid-2004 when HTMT completed the acquisition of Customer Contact Center (C-Cubed), the recognized pioneer in the Philippine contact center industry. Over the past two years, HTMT has not only integrated the business under a common umbrella but also accelerated the growth in business to a staggering 140% in terms of employment.

Full-scale operations started in March 2006 at HTMT Cyberpark, a 2,000-seat state-of-the-art call center facility located in Quezon City. Occupying an area of more than 10,000 square meters, the Cyberpark is HTMT’s single largest facility outside India.

Responsibilities:

• Business Support
• Assist in business development process by conducting the following activities:
• Project Scoping
• Business Requirements Definition and Assessment
• Initial computation of Capacity Plan for concurrence of WFM.
• Business Case Preparation and Review
• Cost Benefit Analysis
• Client Proposal and Recommendation Preparation
• Responses to RFI and RFP documents
• Preparation of Case Studies and Client Presentations
• Preparation for Client Site Visit



• Project Implementation
• Assist in implementing and setting up a Call Center ensuring optimization of resources and proper management of cost, time & quality.
• Assist in development of project plans and timelines (particularly for non-complex accounts).
• Validate and document all business requirements (processes, systems, QA, reports, parameters).
• Coordinate all project requirements to all support groups concerned
• Map and document processes, methods and procedures. Ensure processes are streamlined and aligned with the standards.
• Document and prepare CER for all incremental capital expenditures.
• Participate in all user-acceptance tests.
• Participate in parameter requirement definition.
• Monitor project-activities and ensure completion of tasks within defined timeline.
• Regularly coordinate requirements and updates on the project with other concerned groups (CT, Operations, HR, Logistics, Finance, and BD/AM).
• Ensure adherence to all project requirements and contracts.
• Assist in overseeing and monitoring start/launch of operations. Assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in consolidation and summarization of project’s closing report.



• General Safety and Security Responsibilities
• Protects the organization’s assets thru upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS) .
• Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organizations business functions.



• Others
• Prepare and submits individual accomplishment report (weekly and monthly).
• Assist in preparation of departmental budget.
• Update and maintain process and procedures documentation for new and existing acoounts.
• Conduct benchmarking and research activities, when necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
