HR SUPERVISOR-ops support
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

You will be responsible for handling employee grievances, administrative issues and discipline, at the same time ensuring compliance with local labor standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Labor Relations or related fields.
At least 2 years HR experience (general), with at least 1 year supervisory experience
Excellent English communications and presentation skills
Demonstrates excellent leadership, management and analytical skills.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
