CUSTOMER SERVICE - DATA SPECIALIST
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and recording all shipments.
  • Assist in clearing out all status of shipment during current shift.
  • Update the status of shipment through Track and Trace Page system.
  • Complete the details on Track and Trace Page system of all shipments through website research or call verification from delivery providers.
  • Escalate issues and incomplete records to client accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks to be assigned by the client.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s/College degree.
  • Preferably 1 yr experience in Customer Service or equivalent in a BPO environment.
  • Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  • Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented and driven to achieve objectives.
  • Computer Literate and has knowledge in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Typing Skills.
  • 8 Full-Time positions available.
