Recruitment Assistant - Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible in following standard and accepted interviewing techniques, to comply with labor employment laws and to staff NCO Group with the most qualified and highest quality employees possible.
  • Assess system-wide recruitment needs and develop action plan to meet required staffing needs.
  • Conduct Staff, rank and file interviews and make hiring decisions.
  • Complete hiring paperwork, correspondence and applicant tracking paperwork as required with completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and maintain database information.
  • Explain company culture, policies, procedures and scheduling.
  • Conduct Corporate Orientation.
  • Attend meetings and participate on committees as required.
  • Coordinate system-wide recruitment reporting activities and update as required.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Have demonstrated excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image.
  • Possess good problem solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Highly systematic, organized, responsible, and independent.
  • Basic PC knowledge including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be team oriented, dependable and flexible with high work ethic.
  • Able to work varied shifts and varied days off as needed.
  • Ability to travel between call center locations and other company sponsored events on a varying schedule.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
