Retail Network Planner

• This position is tasked with providing quality and relevant assistance in the site acquisition, lease renewal and site optimization process of Watsons

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in the field of network development, retail expansion or real estate negotiations is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably from a retail or real estate company.
• Last work experience must be of supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills, both in English and Filipino.
• With retail network planning, analysis and negotiation skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay.
• Full-Time position available.
