National Retail Sales Manager
(National Capital Reg - Taguig)

Responsibilities:

• The National Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading successful sales in the retail outlets. He/She must provide focused leadership on improving capabilities, resources, processes, systems and strategies. He/She must be proficient in market development and customer relations in selling and representing our product lines to major department stores all over the country. He/She must be capable of handling the sales supervisors to improve their performances and sales outputs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Managerial skills, in retail operations, preferably department store.
• Preferred skill(s): Good communication, leadership, motivational skills..
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work near FTI, C-5 and Fort Bonifacio.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
