Hr Manager
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of activities related to Human Resource operations and management, such as recruitment, testing and selection, classification and compensation, labor relations, organizational development, and training and development.
  • Handle specific area(s) in the Human Resource Management function of the company;
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and programs and ensure that the same is performed according to requirements;
  • Conduct reviews and studies on existing policies and procedures to be able to suggest improvements on existing policies, plans and programs; and
  • in coordination with other HR functions, perform activities related to Training and Organizational Development, including manpower planning, human resource allocation, as well as organizational structure and relationships and other related aspects of organizational design;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling actual HR operation(s); such as Philippine Labor Law, organizational studies and planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, and/or the general aspects of the Human Resource Management function.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
  • Candidates must be dynamic, creative and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Full-Time positions available.
