HR Generalist
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

 

Responsibilities:

  • This is a regional role which requires the candidate to work closely with supporting resources in the region to provide HR support to the staff in the region.
  • Provides support in one or more significant functional areas including but not limited to, recruitment & employment, personnel records, employee and /or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, training & organization development & special project.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of human resources Policies & Procedures & their dissemination through employee booklets, communications and /or meetings.
  • Oversees & supervises maintenance & updating of human resource information systems to ensure that all pertinent personnel information are properly captured, effectively managed & maintained at all times.
  • Develops internal human resources communications materials regarding policies & procedures, compensation, benefits changes…etc.
  • Develop & maintain the organization’s policy & procedure manual as it relates to the human resources function.
  • Assist in the preparation of speeches & other presentations directed towards employees.
  • Undertakes projects relating to the formulation, development & implementation of future policies.
  • Selects, interview, and recommends placement of candidates
  • Facilitate team-building program.
  • Conduct internal survey & taking steps to close the gaps.
  • Assist in talent management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
