We are urgently in need of a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the over-all management and control of raw materials and other materials, work-in process goods, finish products, and other physical distribution to ensure efficient production and delivery of goods to end-users according to specifications.
• Responsible for the overall performance and efficient management of the General Store and Product Warehousing and Dispatch.
• Develops and implements an efficient warehousing and store plans for the proper storage and easy retrieval of products, parts and supplies and for securing these against damage, pilferage and loss.
• Prepares and implements a Trucking Plan and Shipping Plan to meet the commitments of the Sales Group with their customers.
• Establishes effective monitoring mechanisms to ensure that problems and bottlenecks in the operation are corrected within the shortest possible time.
• Prepares clear, accurate and timely reports on all inventories at the warehouse and general store.
• Establishes, in coordination with Logistics, a system to ensure that packaging, crating and labeling materials and spare parts for the material handling equipment are always available when needed.
• Works with Quality Control in the identification and segregation of non-conforming work-in-process, prime and non-prime finished goods for proper storage.
• Initiates and coordinates with QC and Production Lines the recovery process of non-prime to prime materials.

Requirements:

• College graduate in Engineering or any Business courses preferably with MBA degree
• Must be a licensed Engineer
• At least twenty (20) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing set-up, experienced in all facets of materials management i.e. stores, warehousing, inventory control, traffic management.
• At least 40 years old, Filipino citizen
• Must possess high integrity, positive attitude, proven dependability, highly analytical, results driven and very good leadership qualities.
• Highly creative, innovative, dynamic and assertive. Very systematic and keen on details, good in both oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in Balayan, Batangas
• Computer literate
