Administrative Assistant
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)


Responsibilities:
  • Receive voice mails and route to client accordingly.
  • Receive emails and handle appropriately.
  • Receive mails from post that will be sent by the client and handle accordingly.
  • Update customer database.
  • Handle other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Insurance Manager.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City following US hours.
  • Must be computer literate especially on MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to do multi-tasking without sacrifing quality.
  • Must have attention to details.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available.
