Process Lead (National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
Create, enhance and document processes and procedures of all aspects of the operations such as research, training, quality checking and report/analysis writing.
Research and recommend the appropriate tools to effectively and efficiently allow the analysts to carry out their tasks.
Standardize and monitor performance, quality, client feedback and production metrics of the team.
Research, study, recommend and standardize ways on effective assignment releases, given the number of people at a given time.
Search website articles and blogs for relevant information required for making investment decisions.
Research credibility of the source of the data and determine the potential business impact of information.
Extract critical information from blogs and website articles and encode into a database.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Internet savvy and a passion for surfing blogs and websites.
Excellent English, written and verbal communication, skills.
Ability to read, understand and analyze business information and determine its importance for investment decisions.
Good knowledge of business news and current trends affecting stock markets around the world.
Ability to write clearly about complex business or other finance/economic issues over a variety of industries.
Strong interest and capability to explore and evaluate new trends in technology.
Ability to do process mapping
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment Banking or equivalent.
