Product Manager (National Capital Reg - Quezon City) Responsibilities:
- The person will ensure that the groundwork for processes in pre-sales, installation, after-sales, billing and collection are in place and properly documented.
- The person is expected to be making product/process presentations to internal support groups.
- The person will handle cascade to support groups for new packages, change in rate, and enhancement of processes.
- The person will also support Sales and Marketing requirements such as new rate offer and promo/discounts and handle back-end implementation.
- The person will handle product inquiry and ensure feedback and/or resolution is provided to concerned party.
- The person will relay update on competitive information and provide recommendation.
- The person will monitor monthly volume and revenue of product.
Requirements: - Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree; ECE graduates preferred
- With at least 2 years of related work experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Demonstrates technical knowledge on different telco products and services
- Expresses familiarity on the end to end Project Management
- Works well in partnership with cross functional teams
- Customer-oriented
- With passion for work, pro-active, agressive, willing to learn and competitive
