Responsibilities:

• The person will ensure that the groundwork for processes in pre-sales, installation, after-sales, billing and collection are in place and properly documented.
• The person is expected to be making product/process presentations to internal support groups.
• The person will handle cascade to support groups for new packages, change in rate, and enhancement of processes.
• The person will also support Sales and Marketing requirements such as new rate offer and promo/discounts and handle back-end implementation.
• The person will handle product inquiry and ensure feedback and/or resolution is provided to concerned party.
• The person will relay update on competitive information and provide recommendation.
• The person will monitor monthly volume and revenue of product.

Requirements:

• Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree; ECE graduates preferred
• With at least 2 years of related work experience in the Telecommunications industry
• Demonstrates technical knowledge on different telco products and services
• Expresses familiarity on the end to end Project Management
• Works well in partnership with cross functional teams
• Customer-oriented
