Responsibilities:
> Assist in the development of the marketing plan and brand strategies in order to achieve the business objectives for the year
> Recommend programs, promotions and A&P budgets based on approved Acquisition & Retention strategies for both national and implementation
> Over-all responsible in ensuring approved programs and promotions are implemented on schedule through:
1. Preparation of necessary Work Plans or Memorandums
2. Maintaining Gant chart to monitor progress
3. Coordination with internal teams to attend to detailed responsibilities
4. End-to-End process familiarization
5. Proper cascade to both internal and external audiences
> Provide regular reports with regards to the general Prepaid business including monitoring of activations, Churn, top-up, reload distribution, usage performance and competitive moves
> Provide regular monitoring reports, analysis & recommendations for implemented programs and services
> Assists the Marketing Head in development of merchandising and advertising materials and coordinates with the advertising, media and events agencies
> Helps analyze consumer insights & come up with recommendations based on reports, researches and and competitive brand analyses
> Helps decide phone devices to be offered considering aesthetics, price points and market need
> Assists in A&P budget setting and is responsible for tracking A&P expenses
> Monitors and helps ensures proper stocking of BPE phonekits, RUIMs & Call Cards
Prepares presentation materials as required
> Helps in the propagation of the culture that the company wishes to embody
> Helps create a good working environment that is conducive to the pursuit of work excellence
> Observes established safety and health standard procedures / regulations in carrying out duties and responsibilities
> Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or equivalent.
