Club Administrator
(National Capital Reg)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a complete and accurate membership database by loading contracts, amendments, credit memoranda, reversals, and cancellation requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular review of membership database such as but not limited to account status, billing details, payments and invoices history, and contact details.
  • Accurate and timely submission of the Daily Income Report to Membership Department on or before 10AM of the following day.
  • Audit on membership contracts of Newly Joined Members to ensure adherance to Company Policies and Procedures in establishing a complete Sale.
  • Compliance of the requirements of acquiring banks arising from cardholder disputes to defend the charges made to member's accounts through auto-debit.
  • Consolidate monthly payroll summary prepared by Head of Departments (HOD) and submit to HRD for processing.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
