HRD Systems Analyst
(National Capital Reg - McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City)



RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position reports to the Manager, Leadership Development and Talent Management and is responsible in supporting the sustainable implementation of the performance management system, company-wide training and learning events, human resource and organization development programs to ensure that training and development systems, process and knowledge library are fully operational and optimally managed to support the building of a performance-oriented culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Business, Psychology, or any related course graduate with a minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in a training and development environment. He or she must be a team player, highly customer oriented, good in oral and written communication and mobile.

Working knowledge in MS Office and SAP business process is an advantage.
