Plant Sourcing Specialist
(Central Luzon - Bulacan)



RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position reports to the Manager, Materials Management and is responsible in organizing and conducting Strategic Sourcing Option (SSO) aligned with departmental goals to locally source commodity for goods and services and implement supply risk mitigation through Product/Market Analysis, supplier relation plans and programs, benefits reporting, contractor service management compliant to EH&S, and commercial support on all locally-sourced CAPEX.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Business Management or Engineering graduate with formal education in Basic Accounting, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Communications. He or she must have a minimum of 5 years solid work experience, 3 years on which in Purchasing and Warehousing/Inventory Management, Contract Management and Policies on Legal, OH&S, and CSR, and a year in Strategic Sourcing Options, Negotiation, Supply Chain Management, and SAP integrated systems application.

Desired candidate must be highly customer oriented and good in problem solving, decision making, goal setting, planning, and organizing skills.
