HRD Officer
(National Capital Reg - McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City)



RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position reports to the Manager, Leadership and Management and is responsible in facilitating sustainable implementation of technical, leadership and functional skills training aligned with the Training Master Plan, performance management system, values, employee engagement, and other HRD programs to support and ensure the building of a performance-oriented culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a degree holder, preferably in Business Engineering, or Education, with minimum 3 years teaching experience or work experience as line trainer; exposed in full training process, performance consulting, and knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis.

DDI Certified facilitator is a plus.
