Research & Development Engineer
(National Capital Reg - McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City)



RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position reports to the Commercial Head and is responsible in research and product development of cement based product solutions. The position is involved in all aspects of R&D, combining information and recommendations from specifiers, end-users, sales, marketing and manufacturing to achieve a product edge in the market. At the same time, responsible for investigating, analyzing and implementing new technologies in concrete products as they relate to the new product development and enhancements of the BCS product lines.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Civil or Chemical Engineer with at least 5 years work experience in research and product development of concrete product manufacturing.

Desired candidate must possess strong problem solving skills, analytical and time management skills; exceptional organizational, communications and interpersonal skills; high customer service orientation and willing to work on call. He or she must be knowledgeable in Autocad applications and must know how to drive.
