(National Capital Reg - Amorsolo, Makati City) Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire activities of the training and development and endorse them to the Corporate HR Manager for consultation and approval.
- Design and coordinate a staff training program based on organizational and employee needs.
- Develops training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science. Diploma and/or Master Degree in Training and Development is an advantage.
- Must not more than 30 years old of age.
- Preferably with 5 years experience specializing in Training and Development or equivalent.
- With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must possess above-average communication and presentation skills.
- Must have good handling, documentation and analytical skills.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
